I went to JcPenny's today for their "Best Prices" day and it was awesome! On the 1st & 3rd Friday of every month they mark their stuff on sale for the cheapest that it will go. Basically their prices are competitive with Target & Walmart and some of the stuff I got was better quality. In the kid section they had huge $2 sections. You could get pjs, winter gloves, character tees, all kinds of great stuff. I got my self a new pair of pj bottoms for $3. Basically every section had a "best prices"area. So mark your calendar for the next one. Even if you can't shop on those days, their new pricing is very easy to understand and very competitive.
